EVM Fraud Complaints
There is a large number of complaints from the opposition political parties and citizens against the fraudulent use of EVMs. It is alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of prime minister (PM) Narendra Modi manipulates EVMs to win most elections fraudulently.
Surprisingly, the Election Commission of India (ECI) and the Supreme Court of India are ignoring the complaints and are reluctant to stop the alleged EVM frauds.
The ECI – which works as an extended arm of the Modi regime – arrogantly announced on March 16, 2024 that the Lok Sabha election 2024 will be held on EVMs. Read More

Citizens’ Commission Report
A detailed research report by the Citizens’ Commission on Elections has found multiple abnormalities in elections with EVMs and VVPATs. The report asserts that the decision making processes within the ECI need to be much more logical, rigorous, and principled compared to what it was during the 2019 parliamentary elections.
It adds that ad hoc systems and processes without adequate analysis of the properties and the guarantees should be avoided to hold free and fair elections. Read More

Switzerland-based Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) also promotes free and fair elections. It states that in any State the authority of the government can only derive from the will of the people as expressed in genuine, free, and fair elections held at regular intervals on the basis of universal, equal, and secret suffrage. Since the ECI and the Supreme Court of India have been bltantly ignoring the complaints about EVMs and VVPATs, now the Indian elctions must be held under the UN-IPU supervision.
